We have been sending flowers across China since 2014, and in all these years, what we're proudest of isn't the number of deliveries. It's the number of customers who came back a second, third, or fifth time. A lot of them started as someone placing an anxious first order from a country they'd never sent flowers from before, and somewhere along the way, they became more like friends who happen to check in with us around birthdays, anniversaries, and Mother's Day.

“Fantastic customer service! I wanted to send flowers to a friend in China - and Pandoraflora had a good variety of flowers, at a competitive price. What impressed me the most is that I received a WhatsApp 10 mins after my order to confirm details, and within 90 minutes flowers turned up at my friend’s house, along with my gift message hand written. Great service, quick delivery, and I would definitely use again.”

The handwritten gift message is a small thing, but it's the detail we care about most. A typed note doesn't feel the same as one written by hand.

“I was actually quite nervous arranging a delivery. They were so patient with me getting all the details correctly and managing to deliver to a quiet town in a not busy part of Fujian province. Even with a teddy bear and vase along with a relatively large bouquet. Very professional and they gave me timely updates so I could see the nice surprise at the end. Also a really cute photo of the delivery. […] Oh and i was worried it may not arrive at a work address in time as I ordered quite late but they kept their promise and even managed it early. Big win!”
