PandoraFlora.com is an online gift shop operated by Nantong Cuckoo Technology Co. Ltd. Established in 2010, we partner with over 3,000 local florists and suppliers across major Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Nanjing, and Tianjin. We specialize in the delivery of fresh flowers, roses, teddy bears, toys, and birthday cakes. Flowers are sourced daily from Kunming (China’s “City of Eternal Spring”) and delivered fresh. All birthday cakes are baked on the same day as delivery.

2 - Where does PandoraFlora.com deliver?

We deliver to all major cities and towns across mainland China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Jinan, Xi'an, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Zhuhai, Kunming, Chongqing, and more than 400 additional locations.

3 - Does PandoraFlora.com offer same-day delivery? Which products qualify?

Yes. Roses, fresh flower arrangements, birthday cakes, chocolates (when ordered with flowers), and fruit baskets qualify for same-day free delivery.

Teddy bears, standalone toys, standalone chocolates, perfumes, preserved flowers, and special gifts are typically delivered within 72 hours.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Beijing time can usually be delivered the same day (subject to availability). You can check current Beijing time here: time.is/Beijing.

4 - Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free for all products in most locations. In rare cases involving very remote rural areas, a small additional fee of 5–15 USD may apply depending on distance. This will be clearly indicated during checkout if applicable.

5 - Can I select a specific delivery date?

Yes. For roses, fresh flowers, birthday cakes, chocolates (with flowers), and fruit baskets, you can choose your preferred delivery date on the product page.

We may contact the recipient 1–2 days before delivery to confirm availability. For toys and non-flower gifts, delivery is handled through trusted courier partners and may take up to 72 hours after order confirmation.

6 - Will the flowers and cakes look exactly like the pictures?

Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in bloom shape or color depending on the season. However, we guarantee the overall style, color theme, wrapping, and presentation will closely match the images shown. Birthday cakes are prepared to match the photo as closely as possible in both appearance and taste.

7 - What happens if the recipient is not available?

We make every effort to deliver on the scheduled date. If the recipient is unavailable or the address needs adjustment, we will attempt to contact them to reschedule. Successful delivery depends on accurate recipient information provided at checkout.

8 - What is your refund and return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and service. You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery if any of the following issues occur:

• We fail to deliver the order
• The wrong item is delivered
• The product has a quality defect or damage attributable to our handling or preparation

No refund will be issued if the recipient refuses delivery for personal reasons unrelated to product quality or if the order was delivered as described.

Approved refunds for quality issues are processed within 48 hours of approval. All refund requests must be submitted with clear supporting photos or evidence.
